Tim and his staff at Fortress are a great value. They are always working to find the best policies, even if you already have a good one. They are honest if there’s a good deal to be had, or if you’re better with your current insurance. They have several good referrals for related services. The staff is very quick to respond to inquiries (even late at night on New Year’s Eve if you’re stranded on the road in the middle of nowhere). I’ve learned several nuances of insurance through their newsletter. Over several years of business with Fortress, I’ve been nothing but impressed.
