Susan Rauser State Farm Insurance Co is honestly the best Insc Co I have ever had. The service is ALWAYS top notch whether you talk to someone on the phone or go in person they always have your best interest at heart. When I was looking around getting quotes over 2 years ago , I had a ticket on my record and I had originally gone with them because it was so affordable , but now I actually love going to pay my bill in the office because the staff treats you like they actually care , we talk , we laugh and it feels like you are amongst friends. Thank you Susan ,your business has been built on honesty and integrity and I will tell everyone what a great Insurance Co State farm is .

I had been a loyal customer of well know insurance company for years and thought I was happy. I only decided to shop around when purchasing a new vehicle, I was told by my sister in law who had to use one of those high risk companies due to first time insurance, that we had similar payments. I have a perfect driving record and again have been insured for years, this did not make sense. I called State farm for a quote and was amazed at the SAVINGS! I now have a better policy on both vehicles and added renters insurance. I saved over $100 every month and have more coverage! Thanks Ben and State Farm you ROCK!

Ive worked with Nicole several times in person and over the phone. Even when i was upset about something ( nobody like those phone calls ) she did really good at keeping her calm. She worked threw the issues i had and was always able to fugure out a way to make things rite. Definatly a insurer for the people lol. Ill never go anywhere else.
