I had to call multiple times to speak to someone regarding commercial insurance and the receptionist kept answering and hanging up in my face. I was very polite and respectful even after she did this 3 times..... I figured it was because it was right before lunch time. When I finally got someone on the phone they stated that Maria was out of office on vacation which is not an issue just tell me. Switch out your rude front desk staff woman working for you. I only called this company for quotes due to the numerous good reviews.

People on this "company" really are just looking to give supposedly the lowest price ,but they never explain what is cover on the policy. Usually low payment means almost no coverage or deducible of minimum $1000 even for a tire. They have no ethics and they never respond the calls they will only answer and leave you in hold for more than 30minutes. It seems like they are really stress and have no control over what they are doing. I never receive my complete policy or any explanation of what coverage I got at that moment.

This company has really enthusiastic agents that love their job. They make you feel comfortable in their office. The rates are unbeatable. I switched from fred loya to progressive with Phoenix and saved 100 a month. I can always find an agent near by ready to help me with any changes I need done. Thank you so much for your help!

worst place ever. some agent, that all of a sudden doesnt work there, has subjected me to insurance fraud. he forged paperwork and sent them in without my authorization(i have proof). my promised rate jumped from 108 to 210. the office never answers and when they do, their attitude is ridiculous. they DONT want to help you.

the service is okay you just need to be really specific on what you want and for the other comments-- the 622 # is a fax! the actual number is on your insurance policy online at the left. its a 1800 or 1844 number.
