PTT Financial sold a health insurance policy to my elderly parents. The policy that my parents wanted was not actually what was sold to them. They misrepresented what the policy covered and gave false and misleading information. After sitting with the insurance agent and his supervisor for well over 10 hours, they are still unable to fix the problem. At this point, they are not returning our calls. They have extremely poor customer service. Would definitely not do business with them again or recommend them.
