I was actually impressed that instead of just saying "sign here" the woman working here, I felt took the time to really explain the policy I purchased. I know after speaking with her, I for sure have a better idea about how the insurance industry works and how to get the best rates. I really appreciated too how they have multiple companies, and will continue to shop me around with the other companies at my renewal to make sure I am getting the best rate possible. So I just wanted to say thank you for your time and help.
