Please read the negative comments because they are true. I thought it was just me. I am glad to know I am not alone. Been with them for over 20 years, and was not approved for a loan. They do not call you back. My account was hit once, I went up there in person to straighten everything out. They told me I was safe. My account was hit again. I asked for an explanation and I did not receive one. Incompetent people, and they are also very very rude and snooty. They have their picks.

I am a customer at the LaPorte location and I have never had a better experience with any bank like JSCFCU. The customer service is excellent and all of the amenities are convenient and easy for senior citizens. I was with Wells Fargo for 25 years and when my account was hacked they were nasty, rude and showed no concern at all. I immediately changed to JSCFCU and it has been a God send. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness to this senior.

I received a mailing for an auto loan refinance in the mail that I was preapproved for. I applied for it. Jenny, the assistant branch manager, emailed me with a couple questions, which I answered. I followed up asking for an update twice and received no response. They basically placed hard credit inquiries on my credit and never followed up. Terrible service. Will never join a credit union like this.

Went in to open an account and waited for almost an hour to talk with someone and when I did she was extremely rude and careless. Horrible customer service, I ended up just telling them to cancel my request and I would go elsewhere. Also the tellers were snobby and rude too. Basically.. DONT BANK HERE! Really disappointed.

Terrible customer service...a credit union is supposed to be run by the people...however, this credit "union" is run by selfish interests of the board. This bank fails to make the investor feel appreciated. If you are one who has a good deal of money to invest, avoid this "union" like the plague.

I have been with this bank for 10 years and they deposited a check Into the wrong account. Which then therefore charge $140 in fees over one day. They would not reimburse me for the money. So I closed my account. Go to any other bank other than this one.

Best Credit Union ever, I have several other credit union and JSC FCU is the best so far. The whole staff is so friendly and kind even the officers at the Deer Park location on East Blvd. Totally recommend this place, my whole family banks there.

The sense of urgency at this bank is horrendous. This one specifically is horrible. They have one teller line open. And this person spends more time on her phone than talking with the person at her section.
