Unfortunately I have an account here (huge loan). I called to get a small loan on a car and they were so rude on the phone. They ran my credit without my authorisation on the phone. Then they told me to speak to them in person. Spoke to a female who was rude as hell in person. At the end of the day they refused to give me a small loan, although I was approved. They could have told me at the beggening that they were not going to give me a loan instead of running my credit for nothing. Spoke to manager Hispanic skinny guy he just moved his shoulders up and down without explanation. Go to deer Park credit union at least this place has better staff that know what they are doing. At least the two girls that I spoke with here had terrible attitudes.

You can expect to wait an hour in here just to get a card replacement. The receptionist tell you to sit down and wait to speak with someone when all along he was going to print your card and take his time to do it. No lie I was there for an hour for a card that they told me to come get because a breech in some accounts. Boo!

The receptionist and the tellers are always friendly. Recently refinanced a loan there and got a great rate, and some cash back. Perla, the financial service representative there was very helpful and even stayed late to help us with the refinance. I would definitely recommend SFCU to everyone.

these people take too damn long to answer the phones I spent my whole 1hr lunch trying to call them and had me on hold for over 10 minutes kept calling and same thing!
