Horrible customer service!! Evertytime I call to make a car payment I get the worse customer service ever!! These people are awful! They have the nastiest attitudes and it almost seems like they are doing me a favor to take the payment. I will never ever use this credit union for a car loan and I highly recommend against them! Its in your best interest not to use them.

Wesom has always provided quality service. I have confidence that if I call Member Service, the person who takes the call will be knowledgeable and able to address the situation that I present. I cant think of a time when I was disappointed when I reached out to Wesom staff for assistance.

Wescom has actually helped out quite a bit when i started my business. I was given a line of credit which to this day has helped me move forward. They were there from the time where nobody would extend me credit. The interest rates are ok. But they have been very flexible with me.
