This institution is terrible. I bank at a partner credit union and they treated me so rudely when I had an issue with their atm. I was accused of not actually putting money in their atm even though I had receipt proof. No one could give me an explaination of how to fix my issue, just that they would call me later. I have tried to call back multiple times and they now tell me that they cannot help me. I have filed a dispute with my institution weeks after the incident, no thanks to Arizona Credit Union, as they failed to explain to me that this needed to be done. Poor customer service at Pinnacle Peak. I will not be returning to this bank ever again.

By far one of the worst banks i have ever banked with. I have requested that they set up my account 3 times now for overdraft protection, making it so i could not overdraft my account with a debit purchase. Recently I used the wrong bank card and it allowed me to overdraft my card for 19 cents. Before the pending charges went threw i rushed in and deposited $10. The bank still charged me a $32 overdraft fee. I am going to be in contact with a lawyer over this banks illegal overdraft practices according to H.R.1261 - Overdraft Protection Act of 2013. I would highly recommend looking else where.

Horrible service .. I called to mal a payment over the phone and they would not waive the 10 dollar fee .. I mailed it at first and it came back to me and they would not negotiate with me on waiving the fee for over phone.. I have had lots of companies work with me on that .. I will try and find a different lender because these people r stupid

I have been a member of this credit union for at least 13 years. They are always friendly and helpful. Any issues I have had have been promptly addressed. They have been there for car loans, credit card theft, ATM issues and my daily banking needs. I literally will not bank anywhere else!

Had One AZ for over 10 years because of their great service and their locations happened to be convenient for my in-person banking needs. Also their loans seem competitive with big banks. This HQ location is somewhat small, but a new bigger one is being built just a mile away.

Any time i call in or need help, they are so so rude, is crazy to me that i would put my money in an institution that would treat me so awful, i will be pulling my money out next week and going with a different bank.
