My husband and I signed on with Better Qualified at the referral of a local realtor. We are 3-4 months in and the only issue I had was with timely communication of some of the team there at a time when I had a rather urgent request that was directly related to our credit repair efforts with BQ (and us purchasing a home). After my initial review was posted, I immediately received a call to have my concern and request addressed and subsequently resolved. I truly appreciate that this company and their team value their customers and take customer satisfaction SERIOUSLY. Currently, not only is my request being addressed but I have received comprehensive information on where our credit repair efforts stand now and how to continue progressing during this process. Thank you to Mary for spearheading this resolve. That is great service in my book! So far I have had one deletion and my husband has two deletions so we know they are working for us! Shout out to Amanda who was most helpful although I had to go through their new phone system maze to get to her. lol She was awesome!

Im honestly not satisfied with this company. i paid about a little over 1,000 for my program that was about 8 months. my credit went up and down during this time, all i received were letters from the boroughs stating the information was the same as it was last time. I personally still had to deal with the collections that were incorrect. It felt like a waste of time honestly and i think i could have done this on my own. sorry better qualified but you have not met my expectations as a consumer. My concerns were never addressed to where i felt it was important to them, and the price was soooo high for what they do. please do your homework before going into a program like this. youre better off saving that money and learning how to do it yourself or contract an agency who will really make miracles.

I have to say that I had my doubts to have assistance in fixing my credit. I received a pleasant phone call from a gentleman by the name of John. He was not a pushy salesman nor was he an attacking person. He took his time to explain and go over exactly what he and the company can do for me. After speaking with John and going over all aspects of what this company can do for me, I have felt very comfortable with leaving my information in his hands. I feel that Better Qualified and John can really help me reach my credit goals that I even referred to my husband and my sister. We all look forward to working with John and the company to me all our goals.

I am so happy with my results. In my first month, my scores increased over 50 points. I was able to get approved for my dream apartment. Currently, my scores have increased to almost 200 points. With 52 deletions and reaching the end of their program, makes me closer to my goals than I have ever expected. With all the empowerment and education Better Qualified had shared with me, I can prepare myself for the 800 club. I paid $1100.00 and they did nothing but take off two inquiries. They even advised me to keep paying on a bill that was currently being disputed. They advised "It helps things move faster if i keep paying them". When i finally spoke to an attorney he said that ,makes no sense; if your paying then that means your accepting liability of the bill therefore the dispute is now void. Better Qualified is a joke and 1100.00 went right down the drain!!!

Wish I could have given a zero..worst service ever been over 2 years and all I did was pay 1100. Wasted time sending correspondence from creditors but my credit score got no better. When I asked one of the reps about calls from creditors they suggested I pay an additional 1100. to continue the process when I refused my case was dropped that same day..
