Had a good concept of the bank until I met this venue .. whenever I go there is a problem and only one cashier working .. I always have to wait too long for treatment .. is a pity :(

Relocated to the area found this is only location Courteous and Friendly tellers but in a scary part of town, would prefer not to go there but have no choice.. BofA NEEDS a branch in N. Columbus Will be looking for a new bank unfortunately after banking with BofA for 20+ years

Rude tellers and the bank manager said I could come on in before closing and and the security guard with the fake gold teeth said no. closed account over phone will never bank here again!

Long lines (only location in Columbus!), no customer service person in sight, and one scary neighborhood. As a newcomer to this area, I need to find a new (i.e., different) bank!

Only one bank in town, in the worst neighborhood possible, bank needs security guard in front of door to operate. Not feeling it, very sad - used to love BofA!
