Being one of the most critical decisions my wife and I have made to date, the choice to have the Mortgage Warehouse represent us in refinancing our home was an extreme pleasure to say the least. Being upfront, professional, timely and courteous, the staff was dedicated in making our experience as painless and simple as possible. Despite my family and I being out of town on vacation for two weeks, our Loan Officer, Matt Pell, was able to quickly work through all obstacles and only contacted us when absolutely necessary. He made time to explain in great detail all aspects of the process and easily answer all questions asked ensuring our decision was well thought out and not rushed. Furthermore, the experience and professionalism Matt had, even dealing with a demanding and often times difficult customer like myself, aided us in determining the benefit of cashing out funds needed to make repairs to our home while keeping our payment the same. Mortgage Warehouse allowed us to save tens of thousands of dollars over the life of our loan while making sure our investment was secure. The Florida housing market finally recovered enough that I felt that our home would appraise high enough to take advantage of better interest rates. After research and conversations with various agents, I chose Matt Pell at Mortgage Warehouse. Having not dealt with property change in 15 years, the process was much more detailed than in the past. Matt explained all the paperwork that was now necessary and answered all of my questions. He went out of his way to help us lower our closing cost by telling what we should try to find from our original home purchase paperwork. The appraisal cost was lower than others. Once I decided to proceed with the process, it took less than 3 weeks to get an appraisal and sign all the closing documents at the Title company. Matt Pell and his staff were great to work with.
