I had the opportunity to work with US Mortgage Lenders when I began the search for a new home. I was first in contact with Thomas Martin who answered my questions and provided solid guidance on the next steps. As a first time home buyer, there were some unknowns but speaking with Thomas my worries were put to rest. Throughout the process, I felt like I could contact Thomas with questions and concerns as they arose. Once we made it through the approval stage, I began working with Eve. She also made herself available for questions and guidance. I never felt pressured or unsure of the expectation while working with them. I cannot express enough gratitude; US Mortgage Lenders pulled off the impossible! Thomas and Eve know their stuff. I had a tough case with a bankruptcy and a short sale. We were turned down immediately by several brokers until out of luck we found Thomas. Thomas took the time to listen to our case and figured out a way to make the loan work with an excellent interest rate. The loan processor Eve is as good as they come! I started the process before I was actually qualified. Mr. Martin walked me through the process and provided frank and honest guidance as to what I needed to do in order to qualify. After following his advice, I was qualified to purchase a home less than a month later. Once we found our dream home, Mr. Martin patiently walked me through the entire process and expertly guided us through the difficult areas. We ran into difficulties at closing and a phone call to Mr. Martin had everything fixed in under 5 minutes. Two weeks after closing, I received an email asking how everything was going and seeing if there was anything he could do for us. Thomas Martin was amazing to work with. He is very knowledgeable and will stop at nothing to get your mortgage approved. He was available at anytime we needed to speak to him. We had a unique situation which involved a bankruptcy in 2009 and a foreclosure in 2014. Thomas worked with us when we were denied by another lender. I am happy to report that not only did we close on our dream home yesterday, but it was completed in 3 weeks from offer to close! My husband and I thought we couldnt own a home because we always have been told you have to have perfect credit to buy a home. Spoke with Mr. Thomas and explained our issues and concerns and he was proffesional from the begginning. He got us approved. He was there every step of the way. Thomas was a consummate, dedicated professional that saved our opportunity to get our home, after our original lender dropped out at the 11th hour. Within 4 days, he was able to lock in a loan for us (in comparison, BOA took 4 weeks of saying we would get the loan, before telling us no, 48 hours after the loan was due). Highly recommend Thomas if you want someone on your side, and in your corner, pushing to make your dream house yours! Because of title issues on a foreclosure, the process took 3 months. Thomas never wavered, and was diligent and persistent in ensuring we got our home, and that the seller kept the ball moving.

From the initial contract signing (December 19, 2014) to my closing today (January 22, 2015) Thomas was there from getting the mortgage approval in less than one week to contacting the inspector for a clear termite report. He did it all and was able to close my loan one month ahead of schedule. I was updated daily on the loan status and was informed of all transactions, I even received money back at the closing.
