Due to a simple error in accounting by Associa the management company for Sheridan lakes condominiums, my after closing experience was a nightmare. They overcharged me on my monthly maintenance fees and absolutely refused to address the error. They insisted that I never paid the maintenece even though all my document I produced and also a printout of the condo associations records indicated I was paid up. My agent from Benchmark (percussion title services) went to bat on my behalf and contacted everyone there was to contact at Associa. The gave him the same runaround they gave me for approximately 6 weeks. He then was totally fed up with everyone passing the buck to someone else, he sent a letter telling them that they will be taken to court and sued for the amount of what was coming to me but also court costs and the cost of going to court for a total of about $2,500 above what was owed to me. We received a letter of apology within 3 days and I had my check within a week thanks to Sasha. Thank you my friend. I was treated as if I were family not a client.
