Very rude and unprofessional staff. Dealt with 3 different women at this place and all of them were extremely RUDE and had terrible attitudes. Argued with me in person and my insurance company over the phone until realizing they were wrong after the insurance company explained to them multiple times that my insurance was in effect. The lady at the sign in desk even made a rude comment under her breath. Completely uncalled for and no excuse for this rude behavior.

Tried to do a simple title transfer and they told me that the vehicle has a flag on it and I will have to go to the DMV, went to the DMV and they told me that there was no flag.... incompetent employees wasted 3 hours of my day then of course they closed at 4...
