I was told that I needed 1400.00 worth of work to pass inspection. Was four tires and brakes all around. Take it to get second option and all it needed was two tires came to 400.00. We moved to the Richmond area and thought that AAA would be safe place for auto care. Not the case at all. I have been AAA member for seventeen years. This will be our last year. Every time you bring your car in on top it they want sell you more stuff. They give free inspection of up come issues . They never pointed out the car needed alignment would have saved the tires . Too busy try to sell us service and fillters that we did not need. Can not be trusted!! Beware dishonest and AAA should be ashamed. At one point it was trust worthy and great customer service. Then to top it off today Called in for help with classes they offer . We can not help you . You need to go online and take care of that. No customer service at all. At the end what are we paying for???!!!Not worth the membership fee any more. Lost loyal customer after seventeen years. Should be ashamed!!!

I have been an AAA member since the mid 1980s. My experience at AAA Swift Creek has been mostly with Travel Agent, Shawn Cordle. She is excellent in her advice and service and is most professional in her work. She arranged a complete package of flights, cruise and tours in Alaska and individualized it all based on the needs and requests of the 12 families in our group. She also organized a trip to the Philadelphia Flower Show by coach and two nights stay in a hotel for members of my garden club. Shawn has an infectious love of travel and personal knowledge of many countries around the world. If Shawn was not available when I would drop by the office without an appointment, other agents were willing and able to help with tour books and maps and passport photos.

Shawn Cordle has always found the best bargains, the most creative ways to travel to difficult destinations, and has solved so many problems that happened due to airline delays or cancellations. She saved me $1000 in airline fees today. She is professional, dedicated, knowledgeable, and she has the best sense of humor. I would highly recommend booking travel from AAA and especially from Shawn.

Good service, reasonable prices. I had an oil change and replaced the cabin filter on my odyssey. It was a little more than 70 for the job. Other folks wanted over 100 just to replace the cabin filter. I also need a cv joint repaired and they were 40 cheaper than the local competition.
