It is really difficult finding an insurance company that really listens to your needs. Coverage Pro is very receptive to any inquiry or question that I may have about my policies. Any time I call or e-mail requesting information or a quote they are very prompt at getting back to me. And I must say that Leah really goes out of her way to accommodate me, which is not easy as I can be a pain in the you know what. LOL. I highly recommend Coverage Pro for a wide variety of types of insurance.

I was with this company for several years. I have 4 houses and 3 cars on my policy. The company would always let my coverage lapse without notifying me. I called them and told them I was switching companies and didnt want to use them anymore and they still renewed my policy! I have since switch to a different company and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The people who work there are very rude and unprofessional (including the owner).

Coverage pro insurance gave me amazing customer service , I enjoyed the classy ambiance of the office . An account representative by the name of Vienna helped me tremendously with all of my questions . The receptionist in the front was very sweet , funny , and filled with life . All of staff exceeded my expectations in kindness and professionalism . Over all Coverage Pro received my five stars fair and square .
