It was a pleasurable experience working with Kirk Ball. I received a fast response all the time, we did not speak on the phone, as I chose to communicate through email, and we did the entire time. They are a very professional organization and even the presentation of their quotes was professional. We were able to combine all the insurances for the condo into one. He saved the HOA a little over $8K and the fact that we can make 12 monthly payments, makes it even that much better and less stress free. Thank you!! Kirk
