I called Roto-Rooter to get a basement shower unclogged. They were extremely busy the day I called but the office person said that they would do everything they could to get a tech out to my house that day. They were even able to schedule it after 5pm so I would not have to take time off of work. The tech arrived around 6pm and began working on the drain right away. He was able to get it unclogged and also provided me with preventative measures to avoid having to call them in the future. The fee was within reason but a lot cheaper than other plumbers in town and having the convenience og being to come after 5pm was awesome. If I ever need plumbing services again, Roto-Rooter is first on my list.

Our main sewer line was plugged. Of course it was on a weekend. Roto Rooter was the only Plumbing co. to answer our call. within an hour a Roto RooterTech was at our home. In fact, he turned out to be the Lead Tech. Dave Rathbun. He had over 30 years of experience. Very honest, and professional. He explained everything. Some companies could have and would have taken advantage of us. Within a few hours, everything was taken care of. I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone . From a basic problem to a major problem, day,night ,weekend whenever.

Called in the evening at about 7:30 with a clogged drain. Answering service took accurate information asked if we needed emergency service. We did not. Arranged a time for the following morning. Technician called the next morning at the agreed upon time that he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got the drain running again. Gave us some good advice regarding our septic system which we appreciated and have followed up on. Good experience all the way around. Would use them again.

This is the second time we have used this company. I am 100% happy with every step of the customer service that I received. From the gentleman who answered my call at 630 AM to the 2 man crew that came out the same day to replace our water heater. David Rathbun was one of the 2 men who came out to my home. The other man was equally wonderful, I wish I would have noticed his name so I could give him a shout out as well. Roto-Rooter is our go-to company. I WILL recommend to anyone who will listen.

I had to call Roto-Rooter on a Sunday evening. I was devastated when my sewer backed up in my garage. It was a terrible mess. They were there within an hour of my call. Excellent!! Called @ 6pm on a Sunday Night and Matt was out within 30 mins of the call. Explained the charges before we started and got to work. Even though I located the cleanout outside, he still setup the guards so that it minimized the mess. Cleaned the clog and then used the camera at no additional charge to make sure we were clear to the city hookup. Roto Rooter would be the only company I will call with sewer issues!
