Aire Serv responded quickly to my request for service, but that is the only good thing I can say about them. The tech that came out for the $80 evaluation started off telling me my system was low on freon and that he gave me an estimate to fill it up. he then completed his evaluation and some then he tried to convince me that he couldnt just fill it with freon and his estimate for just servicing my system was over $1000. I also got a quote for replacing the entire system rather than just servicing it. I then contacted another service provider. For the same $80 fee he came out, next day just like Aire Serv, but he also added the freon and performed some of the servicing that Aire Serve wanted oveer $1000 for. The first pound of freon from Aire Serve was going to be $300. My second service provider buys it for $36 / pound. I am sorry, but that is a crazy mark up. On the new system quote that aire serv gave me, the salesman said he had to hold a certain margin on the quote but would do his best to keep the cost under control. I appreciate this. But my second service provider gave me a quote for an almost identical system, for almost half the price. That is either a huge margin, or they were trying to take advantage of me. I spent numerous years in building maintenance, and have overseen the replacement and repairs on HVAC systems so I can tell when a service provider is trying to get add ons that are not really necessary and over charge the customer. I will not be calling Aire Serv back.

My experience with Aire Serv was wonderful I have them take care of my old unit for almost 20 years and it was time to get a new unit and Marshall Rea told me about the new unit helping me and saving me money well in July of 2015 I broke down and got the new unit for my house and I am so glad I did thanks to Marshall Rea and Aire Serv I am happy and saving money Thank You

On November 1 of this year I had my winter tune up done. My service technician was Walter and from the time he arrived till he was finished nothing but top quality service. Placeing of door mat @ my door and putting on little booties showed his care for my home. He kept me posted at all time while checking on my furnace. Glad to have him as my service technician.

I have always used Rackers in the past but will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Tech said I needed to purchase a new furnace and air conditioner but had a retired tech check and he said no. I feel like he was trying to take advantage of an elderly woman. Visit was over charged. I have never paid that much for a visit before..

I wish I could give Aire Serv 6 stars! The service was simply excellent. Robert even came out extra at 8pm to get the fan fixed so we could get the heater back and running before nightfall, despite the fact that he was at the office in Jefferson City and we were up in Columbia!
