They were immaculately dressed, took the time to put foot covers on their shoes before walking in, and quickly helped diagnose our problem. Great, prompt service. Had them diagnose a problem, service call fee was normal/very fair. However, the quote to replace a heat exchanger on my furnace was very expensive compared to another certified Rinnai plumber.

YES they are expensive BUT I have called other plumbers and either they do not return calls or they will be there in 3-4 days. If you really need someone now that know what they are doing call Ben Franklin...
