Rip off artist. I have been involved with this business 3 to 4 times now. The last time the did work for a client of mine sealing agents damaged their home and did not fix it. My client was forced to take court action. A sealing agent representative just did a bid on my house for water proofing. The work recommended was the wrong fix. They supposedly sent out there best estimator and expert to look at my home. He was completely wrong on where the water was coming into my foundation and recommended the wrong repair. They also did not recommended the correct way to really fix the problem. They recommended the easy way which would of not solved the problem and my foundation would of continued to rot.

If you don’t have a 10,000 sq. foot house or a three story office building keep looking, these guys won’t have time for you. They start out sounding great but the first hiccup and everything falls apart. The complaints from the staff about being overworked and the company politics were very unprofessional. Also was promised follow up visits and calls from management that never happened.
