An excellent experience with all your personnel in having installed a new a.c. and heater system. All three service people and the manager David Watson were very helpful, polite, professional, well informed and never pushy either about my getting a new system. The old one was repaired to keep me cool here temporarily which I did not expect, and the new was quickly put in,with great clean up after, including David Watson buying me some bird seed which I thought had been thrown out in the clean-up. I had good talks with one agent Julio who came to see if I could save the old system and good work from George Adams another. All carefully answered questions I had. I bonded with David Watson, who was highly professional and skilled and carefully explained the new system. All in all a very good experience in which I felt a valued customer. Al La Valley

With all the rain we have had here in Oklahoma we ended up having water come into our air ducts, called a couple of companies to come out and give an estimate of converting from floor vents to ceiling vents, first came out and gave a quote no problem. Service Experts come out and first criticized the size of the unit stating too large and needed to be replaced (unit only 3 yrs old), said could not convert coils and a whole new system would have to be installed. My husband told him that another company Interstate Heat & Air said they could, my husband was then told that they could do it, which is when my husband thanked him for coming out. He also made a couple of other unnecessary remarks about the other company. Not Professional at all. Talk about adding insult to injury.

Enrique Lozano called and arrived as expected. He was very friendly and well informative about the worn condition of our heating and air system as well as how we can save money with rebates on the purchase of a new unit and insulation. Most importantly, he stressed the importance of safety from carbon monoxide poison. Enrique contacted Dave Watson to further assess the condition of our unit. Dave arrived in a short time and was also very friendly and well informative with regards to our options and costs. Overall, both Enrique and Dave were very professional, and their knowledge of their work and work performance left us feeling more positive about our situation in purchasing a new unit.

My husband called this morning around 8 a.m. and we had a service tech at our house at 4 p.m. They showed up on time and fixed out AC in a VERY timely manner! We are going to need a new unit as ours is 17 years old so I can guarantee you we will be using these guys! Ed Sandoval was our Technician and he was great! I would highly recommend this company! I am updating my review 9/17/2016. They installed our new system today and the tech Zech and his partner were outstanding! They got the system in very quickly for such a labor intensive job! I love the new touch screen wireless thermostat. They completely cleaned up any mess and were very professional and courteous.

yesterday I had a young man from service experts come to my home to do yeraly maintance on my air condition unit ..... and to put in clean filters .... and to make sure my unit was prepared for the hot summer weather. The Tech name was Julio #296. He was very Professional, kind, and very nice..... he got all that he had to get done in a timely manner..... picked up after himself...... wore shoe protector over his shoes as not to track mud or dirt into my home....... which means a lot to me. Excellent service. Our a/c went out late Wednesday night, and I called Service Experts yesterday morning around 7:30 am. I got to talk to a live person (YAY!) who scheduled the service call. He was quick and professional, and the appointment got scheduled for 10:00 am. I got a call around 9:30 that the service crew was on its way to my house, and they arrived pretty much exactly on time. They diagnosed the problem (capacitor), replaced the part, and did some additional testing on the coolant levels and all that, and were on their way in less than an hour with my AC back up and running like a champ. Five stars for great service from start to finish.

I had a bad gas valve in my furnace and the mechanic suggested a new entire heater. Once the valve was replaced I was having issues with my thermostat shutting off. I called them back to come check it out and they sent someone out however he suggested it was not part of anything they had done. I had another technician from another company come out and say that when they installed the gas valve he never adjusted the gas pressure on the valve itself which was my furnace was getting to much gas. The whole time this was the cause of my thermostat shutting off every 5 minutes. I will not be going back to them.

Julio Rios was very efficient and knowledgeable about his job and the system that I currently have. He did a thorough job of entering my air conditioning units information into Service Experts database. He is very sociable and of course, like I said, efficient at the same time. These service + agreements are great. I have been with Service Experts through 3 houses, OKC, Yukon and now Edmond. You have some great service agreements that seem priced reasonably compared to some of your competition. Again, kudos to Julio and if I could have him come out on my next scheduled service that would be great.

I have been using this company for at least two decades. They are reliable and get the job done. Yesterday I had routine maintenance done on my heating system. My technician was Tom Miller. He explained everything he would be checking and why. He was capable and knowledgeable. He even gave me some tips which will make changing the furnace filters easier for me, which I appreciated. Good job. Oh, and I have to compliment Mark Neel for being a miracle worker and getting technicians to my house so quickly when my air conditioner had issues this summmer!! Thanks, Mark!!!

I had 3 faucets replaced. One was missing a piece which had been left out by the manufacturer Mikey and Jeremy worked together to get the missing piece. Later when there was a concern about one of the bathroom faucets, Jeremy came back over and the problem was fixed. They both were professional and very polite. I had a new water heater installed today by Mikey. he explained what would need to be done, went and got supplies, and installed the heater in the promised time. I really appreciate their professionalism. This is the second water heater installed.

The technician, Enrique Lozano, arrived at the designated time and performed a routine maintenance on my HVAC system. He was very thorough, polite and was attentive to detail. He explained the details of the the service. He also installed a carbon monoxide detector and made sure I understood how to use it. He was also very clean and made sure to use shoe covers every time he came in. He also tested my tap water and left brochures on the products for better water. I appreciated his expertise and friendliness.

The service call response was very acceptable. Scott fully explained my options and I was up and running within the hour. Also, advice to homeowners when dealing with the City of Oklahoma City Utilities. If you are responsible, they leave a note on your front door and not call you even though you gave them your cell number at 7 am. So, when you arrive home after working all day you have to deal with no water and schedule an after hours service call. Great customer service Oklahoma City Utilities!

Mikey showed up on time and took care of the situation quickly. We have had many problems lately and these guys have been great. Would recommend not just heat and air service but also plumbing service which has been excellent. I must say a hats off to Scott (plumbing ) and Jeff (Heat/AC). Ed was AMAZING. We had an emergency break down with something in our A/C and he got here extremely fast, on Sunday too. When he got here he was very polite and found the problem fast. Next thing we knew it was fixed and we had cold air again on a 100 degree day! They were also the cheapest around for that specific problem, we actually checked with 3 or 4 different places while he was here to get price comparisons.

Finally got the job done with the very helpful tech, Casey. He was the only one that did his job. But, he did it excellently. Prior to him, I was talked down to by two people, one a sales and one over the phone. It took a lot of arguing to go from a $10,000 bogus estimate to replace the whole system, after $4000 worth of rebates still, to simply adjusting the unit and unclogging a drain line. A/C works fine again.

Maintenance Technician Julio Rios did bi-annual service on our heating/air conditioner today. In addition to doing a thorough, professional job, he took the time to answer my many questions. He was professional and personable. Mr. Rios encountered a plumbing problem, and Plumber Michael (Tech #320) arrived quickly and fixed the problem right away. We are Plus Maintenance members and it is worth it.

In the beginning there was some non and miscommunication which left me feeling upset and uncertain about using this company but eventually I was able to contact someone on Live Chat and they got the ball rolling and their customer service went much smother after that. Mikey #320 was the tech who came out and he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and completed his work in a very timely manner.

Service Experts technician Julio Rios, Tech # 296, performed the annual furnace maintenance today. He was very courteous and did an excellent job, He also performed a carbon monoxide check of the living space and gave us a clean bill of health. He recommended that we buy a carbon monoxide detector which I will do. I look forward to Julio providing heating and air service at our house again.

Just had our regular HVAC maintenance. Julio Rios (Tech #296) was extremely thorough. He checked everything and explained what he did. He then answered questions we had about air filtration and humidifiers. He gave us all the information and explained the differences in each system available.
