We had requested that our ducts and air movement be checked for leaks or obstructions. Manny arrived at the time set and proceeded to check our system. He recommended that one of our return ducts be increased from 8 inch to 12 inch in the master bedroom. He also recommended that we have all of our registers sealed so that we would not be pulling in the air from the attic. The following week Nate and Jose arrived and explained exactly what they would be doing and ask if I had any questions. They were done in 2 hours and went through the house making sure that they did not leave a mess behind. They were all very professional and friendly. A couple of days later Manny returned to our home to take readings again on the airflow. It had improved greatly over what the reading was before the sealing and cleaning of the ducts and changing the size of the return air duct in the master bedroom. On the first night after the work was completed my wife made the comment that our AC/Heater was really working great and we could feel the difference in the temp in our home. I will recommend Bob Brown Service Experts to everyone I talk to. They are very professional and explain everything that they are going to do and advise you of what they found and repaired prior to their leaving. We got a service contract when we purchased our 60 stage Lennox unit 18 months ago. Colin, our technician, arrived as scheduled and was great to work with. He was courteous, professional and accommodating. Colin waited patiently while I secured 4 out of 5 dogs in a bedroom. He helped me secure the last dog who was barking/growling while hiding under a table in fear. He crouched down and talked softly to her reassuring her enough to let me capture her. He was equally considerate of me teaching me how to reprogram our thermostat from a 7 day to a weekend/weekday program to coincide with our SRP EZ3 schedule. He also showed me how to link it to our wifi. He then made the routine maintenance reporting his findings and recommendations. Any company can maintain a new unit. Colin went above and beyond his job by treating me with a personal touch that made me feel like a valued customer. He took time to treat me (and my dog) as an individual, to address my needs and to teach me to operate a technology with which I was unfamiliar without being condescending, rushing through it or making me feel I was wasting his time. It was a pleasure having Colin in my home. He represented his company well.

Not a good experience was quoted one price and the tech who called gave us a different price ... So at first I was told it was $89.00 to come out and it would be waived if we had the work done this was at 6 pm . The tech calls us at 8 pm and said it was "after hours" and the charge would be $139.00 and they would only wave part of it only if the repairs came to $300.00 .. We found another company to come out for a lot less .. So be smart like I was and take heed to read the reviews posted it mite save you some trouble ...and just a side note the other company asked how hot it was inside our house and responded accordingly ...

Just bought a new ac unit with Nathan Briones which has been an employee for them for some time. he worked as a technician at my home in the past doing my maintanaces so i felt very comfortable to see some one experienced and not just another salesman helping me with the process. Nathan took my old unit out and got me a new high efficient system with air purifier and insulation. so now did i not only change my system but they also addressed my other needs that would of arise in the future. The Installer Wayne and Ronnie were also great. THANK YOU so much to you and the Brown team

Had problems with a new installation. Called Bob Brown and they sent out service tech Jason ,HE promptly called to let me know he was on the way and how long it would take him to get here. Once he was here he quickly found the problem, and fixed it .After fixing the problem he checked the whole system over for any other problems. Jason was courteous, keeping me informed what he was doing. He is a very skilled and efficient Tech. and if I have other problems I will request that Jason be sent out.

We had a late night AC outage. Called Bob Brown and they got a tech out within hours. The tech called me promptly and keep me informed as to when he could make it. When the tech, Nathan Briones got here he was very efficient, helpful, informative, professional. I will definitely use these guys again. Nate was extremely honest about his call schedule when I needed my AC inspected at 10PM-1AM, letting me know how many other calls he had to take care of first but giving me a rough estimate of when he could show up and actually making it at that time. His inspection was thorough and quick and he easily found the tiny problem that was causing my AC to not get the right voltage, even letting me know it could happen again without maintenance or a tune-up. Definitely found my AC guys.

The comfert advisor nathan that help me with my equimpmant was very informational and had helped me with picking out the proper air conditioning system that fit my budget and adressed all my comfert needs inclueding air purification . Quentin, arrived at the scheduled time and in his normal professional manner preformed the required maintenance and service checks. He also gave a concise description of the status of the heat pump. In every aspect of service required hew as knowledgeable and did his work quickly. He was very courteous and good at explaining what was going on with the heat pump at this time and problems that might arise in the future with this older machine.

Tim replaced the EZ Trap on top of of the furnance and charged me $241.00 just for the part. I have found the same part at Home Depot for $17.09. There is no reason to take advantage of loyal customers. I will never call Bob Brown again and will get more than one estimates. Shame on you for taking advantage of a senior citizen.
