No muss, no fuss, no bother; I contacted a couple of company’s about water seeping through a basement wall. I was looking for ideas, information and cost because I have never faced this problem before. I met with the first company and was somewhat impressed with the information but not sold. A few days later I met with Rich Pace of Dry-Pro Foundation & Crawlspace Specialists and the first thing that he did impressed me a lot. He walked straight to the wall in question, placed his hand on it and said we can help relieve this pressure and then went on to explain how. He was very specific and detailed with his analysis and even more meticulous with the solution to aid in my understanding of it all. We decided to use Dry-Pro. The Dry-Pro truck arrived right when they said it would loaded with three technicians, Adan, Chinno and Darwin. Once they confirmed that we were all operating from the same play book, the three went right to work. They first made sure that all personal property was safe and protected from anything they were about to do and then they went at it. I enjoyed watching the professionalism, each one had a job and each one did it, yet they operated as a team. It has to be the neatest, quickest and best looking job that I think I have ever seen. The total experience was very pleasant and trouble free for me. I am very highly recommending Dry-Pro to everyone that I know and I would definitely hire these three, if I owned a company (they are that good). We now have a Dry basement thanks to the Pro’s!

I recently contracted with Dry-Pro systems to help me solve a water intrusion problem through the cinder block on one of my foundation walls. I am completely happy with the results and would like to thank the professionals who helped with the process. Mr. John Williams, the sales contact, invested his time and visited us at the site to make sure what the Dry-Pro recommendations would be and then tailored that offering to meet my specific requests. Mr Williams knows his products well and represented his company very professionally. His visits were timely and well organized. I always felt that I was receiving only the best service possible. On the scheduled work day I met with Orland Garcia and his work crew of Brandon and Allen. After reviewing my requirements the team worked very hard at excavating and repairing the waterproofing issues with the subject foundation wall. It was an intensive job that took two days to complete. I was able to view the majority of the work and was impressed with the integrity of the work and the work ethic of the crew. Our experience with Dry Pro was fantastic! We originally hired another lesser-known company to fix the moisture problem in our crawlspace. We believed that by hiring a smaller company we were somehow getting a better deal than going with a larger more well-known company. Not only did this smaller company completely botch the job, they made our moisture problems worse with their "work". We finally contacted Dry Pro and received a very competitive estimate to remove the existing "work" and finally solve our problem. Well I now realize that there is a reason Dry Pro is the name everyone recognizes. They are simply the best. They are knowledgeable, competitively priced, and professional. Our estimator answered all of our questions without hesitation. His price was excellent. The crew that arrived on the day of our installation exceeded our expectations. They worked quickly and left our property looking better than when they arrived. They explained their work to me and went above and beyond. My 3 year old son was fascinated with what they were doing and they were so kind to him as he followed them around for a short time to observe. I simply cannot say enough about this company. I would recommend Dry Pro to anyone I know. Do not make the mistake we made in attempting to save money by using a smaller company. We paid the price, literally, and wish we had contacted Dry Pro from the very start.

During a termite inspection, we were told that there was a moisture issue in the crawl space by the pest control company (actually three different ones told me the same thing). After talking over the moisture issues with all three companies and getting quotes from them, I decided to call Dry-Pro since they had done some work on a house I had sold about 7 years ago. After the initial inspection by John, he presented a proposal and several options which matched all of the other quotes I had received. Having dealt with Dry-Pro in the past, I decided to go with them, and once again they did not disappoint. Adam and his crew were very professional and offered to answer any question I had. Once they got the truck down the driveway they went straight to work and knocked out the job in one day, although, it was a long day for them. I just got out from under the house doing my own inspection of the work and I could not be more pleased. Everything is sealed, clean and dry. I liked waking up this morning and seeing that the outside temperature was 24 degrees and the crawl space was a toasty 61. Not only is this going to keep the moisture away, but it will probably save me some money on my heating bills. Thanks Dry-Pro, another great job!

From my initial contact through the installation, everyone at Dry-Pro handled themselves in a very professional manner. Rich Pace began the process by asking questions to evaluate our needs, and with that information gathered, he began a physical evaluation of the crawlspace. He walked us through the two Options, explaining the features and benefits of each system. Rich spent almost two hours with us, answered all our questions, and gave us an estimate that detailed every aspect of this project. We chose to have AdvantaClean (a Dry-Pro Sister Company) perform mold remediation, and crew arrived on time and went right to work. A day later the Dry-Pro installation crew arrived on time and went right to work; Marko and his crew knew what they were doing and answered all my annoying questions as they went about their work. Both crews worked quietly, without radios or cell phone calls. The team work was impressive! No cell phone calls is unheard of these days, congratulations! The work uniforms, which were clean when they started, is a nice touch. I can say that we were pleased with the entire experience we had with AdvantaClean and Dry-Pro, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for crawlspace needs.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Walter came out and spent a great deal of time below our home and evaluating the needs of our crawl. He offered great insight into how to effectively protect our property. He definitely has an expertise in how to keep crawls clean and dry. I think DryPro has the solution for crawlspace problems. We received several quotes from other providers. . .after being left in the lurch by the previous company that we hired. DryPro was the only company to offer a comprehensive solution and make guarantees for quality and effectiveness. The communication from all the staff at DryPro was excellent. Specifically, the foreman on our job, Todd Houlbrook, was excellent! He even notified us of a problem with one of the condenser pumps on our HVAC! Thanks Todd! You are a true professional in your craft. The finished job looks excellent. My wife even commented on how clean, safe and usable the crawlspace looks now. Because of the systems put in place by DryPro, we plan to use portions of the renovated crawlspace for much needed storage.

Bought a house in July 2016, in Salisbury, NC was very dry here and had been, crawl space seemed fine.But later when it rained more, I noticed crawl space smelled musty so, I bought a humidity gauge and it was high. I became worried about mold growing, went online and found Dry Pro, I called Jeramey came out for assessment and it was very wet at the far back and humidity high. He explained the best action to take. We decided to do a crawlspace encapsulation and since I was worried about mold, I asked to get done ASAP. It was scheduled in 2 weeks. Nic the electrician did a great job and explained about what he was doing to run electric to the dehumidifier. Tony, Jose and Royce came a short time later, showed them crawl space they explained what was going to happen, answered my questions and went to work. I looked in on them a few times and they were always working. They did a great job !! Now my mold worries are over and it is great. I highly recommend Dry Pro. Dry Pro replaced a structural tieback and interior french drain in my basement. On the tieback, I thought the work was quoted high given the amount of time spent replacing the tieback. In hindsight, it would have been better for me to have it quoted on a time and materials basis because it was a very simple replacement that I think their sales person overstated. On the french drain system, it was originally intended to replace 25 feet out of a 65 feet system. After digging up the first 25 feet, it was determined that the remaining 40 feet should also be done in order to get the system to flow water properly to the pump. It would have been great if the sales person had identified this as a possibility when quoting the original 25 feet - as this additional 40 feet of work increased my bill 67%. Had I known this may happen ahead of time, I may have evaluated the job differently and only done the tieback. That said, their work was professionally done and their technicians on the ground were very thorough.

I had a problem with mold in my crawlspace and I inerviewed 5 different companies before I chose Dry Pro.They not only had the best price, they had the most options to choose from to correct my problem. The customer service is excellent. They show up on time and did everything exactly as they stated with no hidden or extra costs. I got my crawl space recovered and got a dehumidifier and a sump pump which also came with a great warranty. I have had my system for 2 years now and it has worked great. The humidity in the crawl space, which I monitor with an indoor monitor they gave my, has stayed steady as they promised. I also got the yearly contract for a reasonable rate which gives me peace of mind. I would highly recommend Dry Pro over any other company. They are professional, do excellent work, and deliver results as they promised. I feel that I have made the best decision doing with them.

Had 3 home services scheduled for 8 AM. DryPro was the only one that showed up on time. One rescheduled and the other was 2 hours late. Not only was DryPro prompt but Charles Crew was great. He explained everything that he was going to do and once finished went over in detail all of his findings. We had our crawlspace encapsulated several years ago due to moisture issues - mold on joists and standing water under the house. Since we had the encapsulation done we have had no further moisture issues. We have experienced heating and cooling savings as our crawlspace now stays within 2-4 degrees of our house temperature. DryPro has been great and today with their professionalism and prompt service proved to us once again that we made the right decision when we chose them years ago.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company! I had the poly level installed to correct settling of a sidewalk and garage floor. The original service was performed in early August. The workers splattered the poly over the sidewalk, driveway, and even on my vinyl siding causing an ugly yellow stains on everything. I made an immediate complaint about the issue. Over a month later they finally sent someone out to do a crap job of a repair. They put a thin layer of concrete over the driveway which is now chipping away. They put the same top layer in patches on the sidewalk which looks hideous. They said they would be out Friday to evaluate the repairs, but that was almost a month ago. This company has been a nightmare, and I highly recommend reconsidering using them.
