I have been with Oasis insurance for a long time but never got the great customer service until I had the pleasure of speaking to Vanessa. Mentioning that i might have to shop elsewhere for insurance because my rates were going up. She told me to give her a day while she looked for a better rate for my son & I. She called me back the next day to inform me what she had found and it was half of what i was paying for now. She works her magic and goes out of her way to make her clients happy. She is very knowledgeable, polite, respectful, attentive, and all in all a great person. I have referred my family & friends to her and they too were happy. Keep up the great customer service Vanessa!!

i had the pleasure of speaking with Vanessa 3 days ago, i was stressing out, besides having personal issues, my auto insurance was going to expire at 12.01 am next day so i needed insurance ASAP and Vanessa took the time to look around and found the better price and affordable payments for me , not just help me with my policy stayed and listen to all that i had to say. i have never had better customer service anywhere else like Vanessa, she fully took care of me and made sure that all my needs were addressed. and continues to make sure that i have no questions in regards my policy. overall help that i received was amazing.
