To whom ever might be reading this TURN BACK NOW!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE!! They dont know what there doing. Im suppose to appeal a denial and they told me i wasnt suppose to do that. that the dr. office was suppose to. the person i talked with told me to find another place to go.... so i called around and they all do the same thing we are the ones that are suppose to appeal it!!! Its been nothing but a big run around and im sooo fed up with this place. My child needs care and she cant get it because of people not knowing what they are doing!!! So if your looking for INSURANCE dont get this you will never receive what you need!! TURN BACK NOW

Payment paid never reflects on time, website has issues off and on displaying information, customer service is not knowledgeable enough, customer service never is able to resolve the issue over the phone, plan coverage is horrible not worth the money. waste of time even discussing it.

Buckeye is a disgusting employer that treats their people like dirt. The first year they found a dozen ways to delay my pay for about four weeks. The second year had an unannounced and unexplained 5% pay cut. The State of Ohio, who hired them, does not give a damn.

From a diabetes stand point, this is one of the worst insurance companies. They do not care about their diabetic patients! They are slow in covering medications that effect quality of life. The meter they cover is terrible. No stars if I could...
