I actually stop there quite often. Like to keep up on all the travel opportunities. And the assortment of info in all areas of travel make that possible. Dreaming is easier if you can visualize it. Of course, love the trip tiks and maps. I find the location very convenient as well as bright and attractive. And have always had a great interaction from all the agents, who will go the extra mile to find an answer to any question you might have.

Always excellent service. The staff are great. My Rep is always very helpful and continues to offer suggestions and options for my trips. I have been with AAA for 37 years. Is there an award program for the reps? My rep deserves an award for her service and knowledge. Love this location. Right around the corner. THANK YOU AAA.

Skip the place and just go to the one on Hamilton Rd. Near New Albany. Went in to talk to someone about A Disney package. Staff was not very plesant I didnt think the info I got was correct so I went to the location on Hamilton Rd. & confirmed what I thought. This location could have cost me a couple of hundred bucks.

I love going to the Reynoldsburg location, staff always very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My wait was less than 10 minutes before being seen by staff. The location is convenient to my home and parking is always available.
