The Eastern Title team (Rob and Christina) are one of the best! Rob and Christina took what could have easily been a disaster, or lack of performance by other as a reason to delay closing and simply asked: what can we do to meet the customer’s need? Not the bank, not the realtor, they were laser focused on providing the best possible product to the home owner. Their professionalism, determination, and “stick to it ness” directly ensured we were able to close as scheduled. Every time an obstacle appeared (and there were several) they quickly assessed the situation and provided suggested alternatives – while always doing their best to ensure the customer’s needs were addressed. Whatever the limit is on # of stars that can be awarded, they deserve at least one more.

He could have easily dismissed our request, but instead chose to bend over backwards and was more helpful than I could have imagined. The entire organization is well-run and highly efficient. What separates Eastern Title from other title companies is that they sincerely care about their customers, which is extemely rare today.
