Fisher & Fisher Law Offices are GREAT. Attorney Tim Fisher is excellent and extremely helpful. His office just helped us closing on a resort (Chestnut Grove Resort located in Poconos) on 4/30/2014. The purchasing process was really hard and complicated to us. Mr. Fisher really cared and guided us through the process. We can’t imagine getting the deal done without his help. My wife and I are first time resort buyer with no prior experience in the Poconos area. We found Mr. Fisher online and really liked him during our initial phone consultation, and picked him as our attorney. We agreed on a preliminary price range and services he will help us. Throughout the purchasing process, he helped us with so many other things popped up from everywhere. The negotiation often requires him/his office to constantly be in touch with more than half dozen parties. He really took initiative and led everything that needed to be done from a legal point view. Even until the day of the closing, unexpected issue came up out of blue, and he acted, took care of it and now we are resort owners. With everything his office did for us, I was expecting a much higher bill. However, Mr. Fisher really honored his words during our initial consultation, and our legal bill during closing was very reasonable and fair. More importantly, as a fist time resort buyer, he really guided and advised us on many legal issues. The way he represented himself, we feel comfortable and confident to ask advices from him. He always got back to us in a timely fashion. His office is also on top of any required legal filings. We are really happy with Mr. Fisher’s service, and we’ll continue use his office for our future legal services.

If your in need of an awesome Will, Tim is your man. When it comes time to execute it - do yourself and your family a huge favor and go elsewhere. 27 months later and an incredibly simple estate is still not closed. Liquid assets, gone. Update: 7/20/17. Edited. The nature, details, and examples of some of the negligence encountered and grievances my family have, were removed by me at the request of atty by way of executrix. If Google offered negative (minus) stars - Gouldsboro office earned them. -5
