Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you feel like there is no hope and on the verge of giving up? After receiving my second DWI, this is how I felt. Every case is very situational, as was mine, but in fear of losing my license along with my freedom, I needed the appropriate legal representation. The severity of the matter was unlike a standard second DWI offense, due to my life circumstances. Cummings and Kennedy is a blessing in itself, and completely took all matters into consideration. The entire staff is sincere, passionate and professional. Before each of my court dates I received a call to remind me to be in court or in the office prior. Anytime I have ever called the office the staff has always returned my calls in an orderly fashion and been extremely helpful.
