I was referred to this practice by a friend and am happy I chose them. The entire staff has a fun up beat and confident attitude. Regina Washington provided exceptional service always going above and beyond to help me with anything and everything I needed. She returned all my calls on the same day with no delay in what I needed. Her client focused attitude always let me know my affairs were in good hands and being taken care of. Even when I was concerned and questioning what would be best she took the time to understand those concerns and establish a plan for resolution with complete confidence. The referrals for medical treatment were always excellent. The confident friendly client focused attitude of Regina and the entire staff helped me threw a difficult time and process.

I have had dealings with this firm for a while and I have to say, my impression (made over a good deal of time) is that they are the most client and service oriented firm I have EVER experienced. The support staff is nothing less than phenomenal and they literally spring into action whenever action is called for on behalf of their clients. You really cannot go wrong by having CK handle your case! And I am very, very choosy whom I do business with! I am originally from NYC and have dealt with firms there but I have never had the personal service I got when dealing with this firm. Bravo to Mr. Culpepper and Mr. Kurland, as well as the amazing staff they have chosen to take excellent care of their clients!

Dirt bag attorneys that extort money from insurance companies. Just like the rest of injury attorneys they have a network of quacks that will diagnose injury for a portion of the ill gotten proceeds. Legally stole $40K from my insurance for their unethical client that was not injured in any way, shape of form. Next time you pay your insurance premium remember 25% is for these jack wagons! Contact your elected officials and insist they get rid of the laws that allow these parasites tom operate.
