I have used this law firm before and for the most part "very satisfied". My first time was quite unfamiliar but was worth every step. The only reason I gave them four stars was because the communication was a little off (slow) at the beginning. I found myself reaching out to get information more than I think I should have when it came to getting updates. I am now back again utilizing this firm because they really came through for me the first time and I trusted them with all of my personal information. I will also add that they came HIGHLY recommended. I must say I am having a much better experience this go round. It could also be because I am now familiar with the process and know that it could be quite lengthy and I must have patience. Stacy was very helpful and informative. So I would like to thank her on prepping my demand packet. My case is still pending and so far so good. Now, we wait. If all goes well again this time I will definitely be back to change my 4 star rating to a 5.

I am working with Desiree Minder, Esquire and her Legal Assistant Jennifer Whinnery on my SSD claim. I had called other Law Firms in the Tampa Bay Area only to be connected with someone taking down my information to review whether the Firm was going to take my case or not. I was in an auto accident in April and ended up with a labrum tear in my right shoulder. It was recommended by a friend to go see Catania and Catania. I am very glad that I made that choice! The paralegal handling my case (Ashleigh) is just outright amazing. She promptly returns phone calls and shows a genuine interest in myself and my family. It feels great having someone on my side as we go through this tedious process. I know that I can contact Ashleigh anytime and she will always have an answer. If she cannot provide an answer Im %100 sure that she will put you in contact with someone that can. This really speaks worlds for the offices of Catania and Catania as I know there are lots of other law offices you could choose from. I have not reached a settlement as of yet but I feel fully confident that Catania and Catania will get me the justices myself and my family deserve! Great job! Keep up the good work!!!

Ms. Vega has been handling my case and has been treated me with professionalism, dignity and kindness. My experience with Catania & Catania has been an excellent one, I had been in an accident last year and had injured my knee I was shortly deployed after that and was completely out of the look with my case. I had assumed I was forgotten about and they had dropped it. But i was wrong, they had made sure to still send me mail correspondence and keep me update/ informed with my case. When I had called I had immediately spoke to Stacy who was very helpful, and answered all my questions and brought me up to speed of what steps were being done and would be done in the future. Although I hope I will not need their services in the future, if I had to I would not hesitate to go to them again.! Thank you all for your hard work and dedication, it is truly appreciated!

Very disappointed to say the least. My husband children were involved in a near fatal commercial trucking accident a year ago. There were no witnesses and the truck driver LIED TO THE POLICE. Putting the accident blame on my husband. Catania refused the case based off of the police report from the truck drivers statement. I found another attorney who pulled the black box from our car AND OFF OF THE COMMERCIAL TRUCK..proving the accident was not my husbands fault and the driver lied!!!..now we have a multimillion dollar lawsuit and fdot is investigating the trucking company..great job not doing a good job catania!!! So much for fighting for the little guys..definitely wont refer them to anyone!!

They were all super friendly, very easy to talk to and extremely accommodating. I live over an hour away from their office so they worked with me in every way possible to make this such an easy, stress free process. I love this law firm. This is the third time I have had to hire a personal Injury attorney and this firm is so much better than any other firm I have used. The communication is great, I knew everything that was going, the staff were always nice and always available to answer my questions, the office is very very nice, (the view is out of this world) and my settlement was more than what I expected or received in the other two prior cases I was involved in.
