The service technician who came to our house in Cedar Falls, IA was Nate Hauser. The sump pump that had been installed by MidAmerica Basement Systems in June worked but the sump pump well was too close to the furnace filter door. As a result the door would not open wide enough so that the air filter could be taken out to be cleaned. Nate was professional, friendly, efficient, and explained what he would do to correct the problem. The problem was solved by rotating the base where the water is expelled from the sump pump well and attaching a PVC pipe at a different angle to accommodate the change in location of the pipe. He also further explained the need to get the specialized battery that came with the unit when it comes time to replace the emergency sump pump battery. Great job, Nate!

I was very satisfied with Doug Skinner, crew leader, and his crew of Devin and Shawna (hope I have their names correct or close) with their work and professionalism. They were efficient and had a pleasant attitude. When a minor change in the installation of the system needed to be made, Doug calmly and quickly made arrangements to have an adjustment authorized. This is the type of professionalism that makes your company top rated. Fred Romane, company salesman, was knowledgeable and gave a good presentation of the company product. The crew with Robert Stoutenburg was very professional and kept me in the loop with every step of the installation and they answer all the question that I had about the system and how the installation was going. They even call to tell me that they had a problem getting here on the first day so I was not curious on when they were going to show up. They clean up the basement cleaner than I had it before. I was pleased to have our sump pump install by Justin Bailey and his crew. They arrived on time and got started right away with the installation. Once they were done, he gave me a clear cut explanation on how to use the device. They cleaned up the area and you would have never known they took a huge jackhammer to the basement floor to make a huge hole for a sump pump. I would recommend Justin and his team.
