My visit to the Monroeville AAA went exceptionally smooth considering an ongoing saga with my leasing company to have a title transferred. I was waited on within 2 minutes of arriving on a Friday morning. The agent, Mary, was able to sort through the mountain of paperwork and find everything we needed to process the title transfer. She also patiently explained the process to me and was extremely personable. I would definitely revisit this location again.

I never made pass the Lady in the front desk Dana. I never see a person as rude as she was. I told her the information I got when I was there last time and she just went off getting loud and rude. The lady behind us try to help us and Dana went off her as well. So I let her finish talking got the info she gave me walked away. From the parking lot I called her manager. That was my experience with AAA in Monroeville

Had to leave twice due to length with stay. The first time a simple printer/copier jam caused all business to hailt & no customer care at all. This time 1 customer per half hour. I am disgusted by the pathetic customer care & complete lack of consideration for peoples time! I will make sure everyone I know avoids your business at all cost

They never answer the phones in a timely manner. They are too slow. They do not return phone calls after they obtain title from other states. They talk too much amongst themselves and ignore customers. I would never recommend this place to anybody. A bunch of unprofessional workers with no sense of client professionalism.

HOURS AND HOURS WAIT TO DO A TITLE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ACROSS THE STREET TO MONROEVILLE MESSANGER. 5 MIN IN AND OUT AND CHEAPER. AAA is Horrible. They do not answer phone calls or if they do they hang up. Hours and hours of waiting in person. Unhappy employees. Employees are slow and the place is a mess.

No one ever picks up the phone when you call. Been calling from out of state for 3 weeks now to see if they have received my title from my bank and today, still no answer. I guess I will have to drive 9 hours to know if I can register my car now, smh.

We are here right now and having the absolute worst customer service. After waiting an hour in a basically empy room... Jennifer was rude and unhelpful instead of bring rude to your customersite try to be more nice and presentable

Very kind people there! They get the job done and quickly. The only minus about this business is it took me a hour and a half to get to a agent to do a title transfer. I would recommend this business to others.

The answering system is terrible, you get voice mails or a phone that can ring endlessly without being answered. Calls are transferred from East Liberty to nowhere. Very poor impression to any caller.

It took 43 minutes to get through on the phone. All "agents" are busy and took 19 phone calls. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
