They take the time to provide top-notch, courteous service, and never pressure us to make a quick decision. Instead, they patiently walk us through the process to help us decide what will best fits our needs, and I am confident that they are always looking out for our best interests! From helping our family obtain an affordable temporary health care plan after a job layoff, to helping with the claims and repairs process after a hailstorm damaged our roof, and assisting us after a minor "fender-bender," Patrick has always done things right. As a trusted advisor, he has also assisted us with reorganizing our finances, given us good advice, as we seek to replace and add vehicles to accommodate a new teen drive in the household, his team has promptly given us quotes that help us to determine the affordability factor so that we can make an informed decision about the best car to purchase!
