Extremely disappointed in the way I was treated by Tom himself. He was rude and condensing to me when I went to speak with him about an accident I was involved in. Someone hit me who was also an Allstate customer and I was told to bring the car seats in to be reimbursed for the cost of new ones. When I went to the office I was not in fact reimbursed and Tom had no clue what was going on. Neil who also works in that office was the one who told me to bring them in. I hope I get the money for the car seats back. Very disappointed with the service at this office and I will be switching agents.

All the staff has been extremely helpful. This agency was able to provide a solid value home insurance after we had been cancelled by our previous agency for two major hail claims in 5 years. We received better coverage for less than what we had been paying.
