Incompetence at its finest. Do not deal with them. You can find better coverage with more reputable companies if you are willing to shop around. If you do make the mistake of becoming a customer, they will play games with you once you try to cancel your coverage and continue to draft money from your account despite receiving notice to cancel.

Angelina was extremely helpful in explaining our Home Owners Policy coverage. She then skill fully explained what our Flood Insurance Policy would cover. Angelina explained the benefits of being covered by both policies. Out standing work Angelina. We have added flood coverage and will probably have our vehicle coverage added soon.
