Very disappointed. I hope Bellco will hear the need from the customers, and bring bank tellers to the Stapleton location. The "satellite" concept does nothing more than an ATM. I still have to go to the Havana location to do my non-ATM banking and use the shared credit unions nearby for simple banking transactions, which the Stapleton Bellco cannot even do.

Atm failed after I inserted hundreds of dollars. Bank teller basically started to tell me not to bother coming to this location and when I agreed and got upset he stood up and asked is there anything else I can do. And rushed me out his office door. Poor customer service skills at best and a pointless bank location. Love you bellco, just not this location

This location only has 3 machines to help you. Will not be returning and will consider switching credit unions if this is a continuing trend.

I like this location. I have never had to wait in line. The workers were very nice. All banks and credit unions have lines sometimes.

Horrible concept. ATM here NEVER works.Multiple times I have visited this location and the ATM has NEVER worked.

Good shared banking at this credit union. Has a 24 HR ATM. Its pretty much self service.
