We recently completed a refinancing with the RJ Baxter team. All of the team members, including RJ were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They were quick to respond to E mails as well as phone calls. I never felt like I was bothering them or asking dumb questions. The entire process was handled in an expedient manner and thorough manner. I feared that we would be constantly requested to provide tidbits of documentation throughout the process. That was not the case. Pretty much all of the documents that were required were requested early in the process. We are very satisfied with the outcome and it was apparent the RJ Baxter team was invested in our satisfaction.

I am a realtor and my buyer was working with Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo had 9 months to be prepared to have the appraisal completed on this new home, but never completed it. Our closing date came and went. They completely dropped the ball! I had my buyer call RJ and his team immediately took over the loan, they had the appraisal completed within one week (unheard of in our market) and closed the transaction one week after that. Two weeks from start to finish...unbelievable! Excellent communication and we all felt that we were in good hands. Thanks for helping out my client RJ, your team did an excellent job!
