Worse insurance ever! Filed a claim faxed all information needed, agent claim I needed pictures to see who was at fault ,wow when clearly the insurer called n said he was at fault even the police report said the samething n they still have me a hard time for a rental n they have been nothing but a headache about fixing my car!! Horrible

Charged me $50 more on my monthly billing than they said they would. They are lying to their customer about the price just to sell another policy. This is not the way to start a reliable relation. I suggest you check carefully what they try sell you.

cannot even give a star rating. Christopher Webb is a horrible adjuster who wasted 10 days of my rental car yet I am suppose to pay for the extra. He has been completely lazy and no help. Does not call and only calls when I call him first.
