The worst nightmare of my life not charge $ 15 dll per month, you say that you do not qualify and you start to charge, $ 70, $ 100, $ 200 or more per month, or give you a price and 15 days tell you changed your policy and you must pay more money, do not give your bank account number because you remove money from your balance without yours CONSENT, and if you want to leave, Immediately send you to collection, without giving notice before, but come on television touting offers nothing is true if you have an accident not respond, DO nOT recommend anyone.

They bait and switch. I went in the office asking for full coverage on two cars. Later I received three different delcarations pages each with different premium amounts. I went to the local office to speak to my agent. That was a waste of time. I called the corporate office to find out what was going on. I was informed that I originally received liability only for both cars. Later full coverage was added. This made the premium go up. I was quoted $68 bucks and now my payment is $137. I still can figure out what the 3rd upgrade was. The corporate office is just as BAD as the local office. Do not do business with these people.

Avoid this insurance agency.. I was involed in a car accedent, I called the insurance company that FreeWay office set me up with, and here what happened. The 1-800 i called was forewared to a cell phone number, the guy spoke with an accent. the first think he told me with out seeing the police report was that its my fault and that i am reponsible for the cost of the accedent. the main point is that the company did not exist and i end up paying about 60K from my bocket.

I was given a quote for 23 dollars a month I gave them my Drivers Licence and vin # then when I got there he told me it whold be 243 dollars. Not only did they lie about the price but they made me drive from chula vista to misson valley for nothing. I am very upset at them for missleading me and wasting my time and gas money! Terrible.......... Watch out for the guy with the Russian last name it starts with a K. He is real sneaky!!!

I own a Muscle sport car. They required for the first payment was $250, only allowed for two payments. They said I had a bad record and found a ticket on my driver history record. My record was clean, yet these scum bags attempted to press the first payment higher. I disagreed with them, then he went to talk to his boss again. After that we agreed for the monthly payment for full coverage $119. Good price for a young guy?

Car insurance.slezzy and horrible service.the agent was not communicating with me on prices amd he left a lot of gray area out.horrible customer service and they over charged me $200 DOLLARS.they are cheap car salesmen.only looking for a quick buck.

SAVE TIME AND MONEY Before calling going or even thinking about freeway call the real insurance egents. Like DASHERS GEICO And I mean anyone other then this conpany. They are a rip-off.
