I was getting ready to close on my house and needed proof of insurance. I went to talk to Chris and he was incredibly helpful and spent a ton of time with me going over and explaining everything involved. Chris went on vacation the week of my closing but still made sure everything was taken care of. WHILE ON VACATION, Chris called me, sent me updates on the closing times and made sure I understood everything. We probably spoke 5 different times, WHILE CHRIS WAS ON VACATION. That kind of service is above and beyond the call of duty and a level of service that is almost extinct today.
