Worst bank in NM. Unfortunately I have a car loan with these people and I have never waited less than 30 minutes in line in their lobby (one teller always) and they do not do electronic bill pay. My bank literally has to send them a paper check which takes forever. I would never do normal banking with them

The new online banking is a nightmare. DO not use it as it is not fully functional for all of the users. I was on the phone for 1 & 1/2 hours trying to get things fixed with no results.
