I called to check on my account and found out my account had been closed. When I asked what had happened I was told that I was being penalized every month for not using the account. The penalties added up to them taking all the money from the account then closing the account. This is bad business.

Been with them for 8 years, never had a problem. Always been helpful and courteous. Because of mis-calculations on my part carried a negative balance for awhile. Only have checking and savings with them. Online banking easy.

Have banked here for quite a while and have never had any strange fees and they always catch suspicious activity on my card. Great credit union.

This place sucks, I showed up at 5:59 and I got turned away because they said they were closed. Avoid this location!
