I am ready to cancel the American Express prepaid account because THERE LACK OF COMMUNICATIONS!!!!! I set up deposits to be placed in prepaid acct by my bank. My bank sent monthly money For over a year, no one from AM Express contacted me by email, phone, text or US mail. This is a scam!! if they do this to prepaid customers, what are they doing to real cardholder customers!!! Holding there money in AZ and not transferring to the right place as instructed by a bank to Utah!!!

I found an unauthorized charge on my account, call Customer Service, and received email that I was the one who was wrong. My account was shut down and they advise me to send them a letter requesting the documentation they used to determine their findings. I sent the letter and received a email telling me there is no available documents to provide to me. What the hell did they use to determine their findings then. THEYTOOK MY MONEY!!!!!

I have new direct deposit from ssi it is the 2nd and they have not posted called india customer service never ever heard such a crappy runaround ever....still not posted called ssi said they sent two days ago.....called bluebird back they said maybe by the 4th!!!!!.....will be posted....sad....after this month i am changing my money asap.....sad......i thought american express was better than that......i guess not.......

Worse customer service ever when you call you get someone from the Philipines and they give you the run around was told a refund of 400 dollars would be issued immediatly that turned into 10 business days and my car note was due terrible company will never do business with them ever again!!!!

I love it ! I mostly only withdraw cash from atms but I also pay my phone bill & shop Amazon & eBay the Bluebird app or online to view my account info & just recently talked my Mom into using it too. Its great
