Our windows are great- we notice a significant improvement with temperature control within our home. The installation technicians were very efficent and professional. Our service experience with the owner left much to be desired.Brandon came out twice to measure our windows yet when the installers came, they did not have a ladder to get to our second story windows. Brandon argued with us about the situation and ultimately we had to schedule a second day for installation (and take another day off work) despite being guaranteed to be completed in a day (which was one of the reasons we choose Window World). We received no compensation or apology for the hassle.

Excellent windows for the $$. Installers very professional, and clean. They do beautiful trim work around the whole window outside. A tip to new customers. If you have 2 windows side by side they can make it into a slider, and they trim it in wood inside. Clean the entire window inside your home. Windows open, and close easily. Safety stop where window opens about 3 inches. Windows have a lifetime warranty, and if you sell the home the new owners receive the lifetime warranty. Excellent investment. Never have to paint or stain your Windows again just enjoy them, and save on your Electric, Gas, A/C.

We had gotten quotes from 3 other Window companies before our meeting with Window World. We knew right away that they were the company for us! They were straight-forward with all the information and gave us a reasonable price that was comparable with the "buy one, get one" and "discounted" prices we received from the other companies. We got the windows within a month and they installed them so quickly and efficiently that it was no I convenience to us. The installers were friendly and nice guys who we felt safe having in our home. We are incredibly happy with the final product! Definitely recommend!

Excellent service from the beginning and a great price! A service member came out to give us our quote and was thorough, next a team member came out to measure and he was very informative and polite, finally our installers came and installed our big picture window and 6 other windows in our home. They were very polite, professional and did not leave a mess in our house. I recommended them to my mom and she had 2 windows installed the same day as ours. You will not be disappointed with the service, quality or price from Window World. I highly recommend and will always recommend Window World!!

Got windows for our church and not only did they work with us as best they could with price, but they were patient and not pushy. They did great work in great time. Even with three children under the age of 5 in the home the employees interacted kindly and patiently with the children. Great customer service, great execution, and overall a job well done. Definitely reccomend.

Did a great job replacing my 60 year old metal windows. Fairly priced and only took a day to install. Helped source a contractor after the fact for the plaster that needed repair post-install. Windows look great and seem to keep the house cool already! Looking forward to lower utility bills this winter as well.
