Heed reviews... Willing to give a chance at a price. 1st there was a line out the door three in the hour we were here. And we were told by 2 employees that was light to normal business. They had all cashiers open but it still got that bad. Wow. 2nd We have been members since 1991, sure we have poor credit from the recession years that are still reporting negatively but having a min credit score to match the other banks? Wth. They are lucky the other bank has been in the news and my husband wants nothing to do w them - otherwise we would’ve taken the other offer. Well refinance again in 6 months so we can leave America First. The rate match would’ve cost them a lousy $500 over 5 years but would’ve impressed us heavily. So now instead of telling everyone what a GREAT bank you are - we’ll be telling anyone who will listen how cheap and crummy you are ;) Im well aware our business will cost a giant like America First nothing. And the dozen people we will likely convince to go else where; well thats a drop in the bucket too... but it’ll make me feel better. Also - Tina, Branch Manager - if you’ve been in banking 24 years why do you stumble over simple questions? I was in Customer Service for 5 years a decade ago and can still confidently answer a question I don’t know the answer (hint: the answer is I will find out for you) rather than stumbling over “I dont know, thats just our policy”. There is always a reason for things.

I was so disgusted with the process of getting a home mortgage through my bank! ItT was a super disappointing experience. Applying for the mortgage was easy & I had a great loan officer to help me with the stuff. It was everything after that that completely sucked. I could never talk to the same mortgage person twice & I got phone calls from about 5 different people trying to get the same information from me that I had already given to 2 people before them. I cancelled my home mortgage application and went with someone else that knew what they were doing! They also wanted to charge me a higher interest rate. Screw that!

The wait in the drive through is unbelievably long. There were about only 7 cars and I was waiting for 20 minutes before I even heard from the teller. Other members just gave up and drove away. Management has also been extremely difficult when resolving theft and other issues on my card. I really like America First until this became my main branch.

I have always heard that America first is awesome, very lenient and willing to give people a chance, I finally decided to give them a try and its true they are amazing! That qualified me for a personal loan when others would not and the customer service was excellent the whole way!

The best bank with the best manager. Phill will help you like a true friend. I know its his job to help members but he goes above and beond, very friendly and respectfull. Plus all clerks are well trained and friendly to. Hilly recommend America first specially this branch.

I like this loaction. Lots of drive thru Lanes and they seem to staff well compared to other credit unions. Stay top of market with technology and are competitive. Thanks for the great service. 4 stats because the atm seems to break a lot.
