I came in regarding a loan i never gave consent to run a hard inquiry on my credit i was given unprofessional service and left waiting at the reps desk for over 20 minutes as he gawked with the bank tellers i left not accepting the the loan due to the unprofessional rep Alfredo who had better things to do at the time. i was approved for the loan he ran with out giving me any knowledge of what he was doing. i will not bank at this location again i felt very un easy about the experience as it was my first loan i have ever got. my time was not valued at this branch the information i was given was not accurate either. my advice to this branch is to retrain your reps to be more professional and knowledgeable about the service. to not run credit with out formal consent.

We have our mortgage through Mountain America and the service is so bad my husband and I have discussed refinancing with another credit union. No one at a branch can answer any of our mortgage questions. Therfore were forced to call the 1-800 number and talk to the terrible customer service. My most recent call was with a representative name Amanda. She had a terrible attitude, did not talk nicely and treated every question I asked like it was stupid. All I wanted to know was if funds had/would be applied. Probably one of the simplest calls she got that day. I will be looking to leave MACU as soon as possible.

I used to belong to a couple different credit unions, I became a member of Mountain America Credit Union when I attained a car loan with them. I am super happy. I would have never thought a credit union would bend over backwards for me, but they have been a GREAT credit union. Way better than my expectations. Every person... teller, or management that I have come into contact with have been completely awesome!!! THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME FIND A WONDERFUL CREDIT UNION!!!

I came in here with my husband and needed to get a debit card printed off, we were informed due to some circumstances we were unable to... I needed to access some funds that day that had been transferred but had no way of doing that with no debit card. Bronson was amazing! He was so helpful in finding an alternative so we were able to get the money withdrawn that day. He was very efficient and caring in his work. Thanks Bronson!

My experience with the credit union has always been great. I have been a customer of Mountain America for almost 30 years. Recently Bri at the Metro Branch refinanced my car loan which will save me a lot of money over time. She was very professional and knowlegible. She is one of the reasons I intend to stay with the credit union for years to come.

Beware this bank, not trusted, if you deposited CASH, they will called you and say your cash deposited short after you leave about 20 min. I have to count your money before, and make sure with that cashier the amount that you deposits or you will lost your money.
