Bank somewhere else! If I could give 0 stars I would too. Unbelievably slow service. One person at drive thru at lunch time and always a long line inside or out. Cust Service people are just talking instead of helping. Always a terrible experience. Hire some help!! Tellers are sarcastically friendly and not in a hurry. This is my worst experience with a bank in all my business career.

Horrible customer service. We are a business that is located right next to them. We have a merchant account with this bank, yet they refuse to give us change if we go in and ask. The teller Andrea is extremely rude. The branch managers are rude also and clearly do not care about our business.

I love Bank of America but this particular branch has a lot to be improved on. Only two drive-through lanes open and two or three tellers inside at any time, which is not nearly enough to handle the trafficI would suggest a different branch if you can.

Place is always slow. Drive thru is the worst. Plant citys branch is terrible. But closest to me. Terrible experience today. And other days. Need better or more workers.

2 mins in drive thru just to deposit money.. just crazy. On a Friday/ holiday weekend there should be more than 1 person working the drive thru window
